Well he hams it up, but he does talk about evil things.
I guess there's a question of does Kurou take him seriously when he talks about commanding the legions of hell and blah blah blah, if he does take him seriously, does he use that to go into goodie goodie rant mode or does he use it as a "hey this guy is for real time to use super robot thing."
And if he doesn't take him seriously is his reaction to ham it up in an over the top hero type way and/or mock Laharl.
