Well, yeah, on fat bodies. But toned, athletic bodies can afford bigger boobs than the little skinny things (even though most real athletes are small-busted because boobs only get in the way.) And of course, I don't mean like female-bodybuilder muscular; that's just disgusting anyway.
And yeah, we're pretty close in our preferences, although I think I might go with B > C = A instead of B = C > A.
