I usually find that in the jungle you can hold off on MR since you aren't ideally going to be trading blows with their mages.
Hexdrinker is good, but I wouldn't get it every game.
And what would you get then? Hexdrinker equals bonus HP even beyond the shield. GA...does not, and you lag behind in the damage race. Hexdrinker and Wriggles just give you too many important stats to pass up.
