Well, I mean... if I'm in a game, and I've got Wriggle's, Merc's/BoL, Hexdrinker, and Atma's, I need two more items. Warmog's seems logical, if the enemy team isn't pure AP or something, since it synergizes with Atma's so well. The other obvious choice is BT, which is of course also a logical choice.
I like Frozen Mallet.
