Dude, with nothing but Merc treads and Runes, I have solid MR and Armor.
The Warmog does so much more for Yorick. Like...tons. Makes his E last longer so that E can do more damage so that E can heal for more.
Once I get Manamune and Atmas...310 Damage...GG.
What I'm saying is 'why get mogs when you can get get dat atmas first and do even more damage while also tanking out on hos' basically. Much like with Riven, Yorick likes him some AD+Defenses. It's not like the ghouls are going to survive for more than two hits anyway.
