Sona doesn't carry, she nukes.
People heavily underestimate how badly Staccato can rock your health.
Also, Sona can definitely carry. She has Ashe-levels of utility and the tools to do the job. Her base stats could be a little better, but she's very comparable and Crescendo on a carry is pretty insane.
