How does the ToS apply here? It's not stated anywhere, unless it's covered under "If a user is directly or indirectly profiting from a site or link, it may not be posted." But someone raising money for charity doesn't profit, so...
It sucks but it does make sense. I'd rarely be one to defend this site's ToS, but is there actually any way to prove that Cokes was donating the money and not just pocketing it? Not that Cokes would be one of the people I would suspect of that, but there are definitely people who would do it. Better to be safe than sorry IMO.
