Yea I know I suck, how could I not know, etc.
My dad apparently couldn't pay the yearly fee, so they broke it up into a payment plan
but half way through the year, since he still owed money, he was penalized with a bunch of fees. apparently he was supposed to have paid for all of it before the summer but didn't.
this is all I know at the moment
that and they're gonna take the house because of missed payments and stuff
I don't think 1500 is that much for a house to be taken, compared to most, but this is a small town, I don't think theres any bigger fish to fry and they probably don't have anything better to do
