do you know what it's like to be literally able to win a game
but your Yi insists on backdooring instead of being an active participant?
My game was easily winnable and that f***ing idiot pissed it away
it's not fair
It isn't going to work EVERY time.
But the difference is that if you try and control your team and go above and beyond what you end up doing is preventing losses and causing wins.
Suppose you're in an "omg we're so going to lose" situation like 6 times in a row. By going above and beyond you might turn one of those losses into a win.
That's one more win than you would have had an it's actually a 2 games swing since you would have needed 2 wins to make up for that one loss
