So I think I'm going to spend a good amount of time settling in to my niche as a jungler/support player. These are the roles I excel in, at least. I'm sure a few of you would back me up on that. That said, I'm contemplating my next jungle purchase. I already know who the most viable junglers are in the metagame, and I own a sizable chunk of the good ones. As of right now, I own Nocturne, Lee Sin, Riven, Fiddlesticks, Nunu, Warwick, and Jarvan. (I'm pretty sure Jarvan is merely considered good, not great, though.) Right now, I'm on the fence about...
Gangplank
+ I think he's a cheap bastard
+ I have a good feel for his kit
+ He can take pain and dish it back out
- Banned on a fairly consistent basis
- Might be nerfed to oblivion soon
Udyr
+ Solid, safe, tanky
+ A champion who I've wanted for a while now
+ Rarely banned at my ELO
- I haven't played him in a long ass time
- I have no clue how to properly jungle with him
Shaco
+ Pubstomper extraordinaire
+ Seems like a blast to play
+ Only banned by people who don't want to buy wards, AKA folks who are dying anyway
- Very little experience with him
Skarner is another option, but he's too damn expensive for me at this point.
