No because it's noncanon. Unless specifically nominated as SSJ4 Goku he doesn't get that.
Well this is weird, especially since we have other alternate universe type things in here (Superman Prime was not canon last I checked, he existed as a what if character). That does change some Goku matches (like if this were STTGL like it should be if voters had a clue) I would take SSJ4 Goku over GL, but not SSJ3 Goku.
