Dante arrives at the town at 10.00 p.m. and later after you beat your 100th monster. However, he won't come at nights before event days.
A traveler who's looking for someone called Beatrice, apparently he was instructed by his friend Vergil to go to the town. As he quickly learns, there's nobody named Beatrice in your town. Regardless, he's sure there's a clue in the town or the surrounding area, so he decided to settle down until he finds a clue.
You can also team up with Dante after you're friends with him. He uses swift sword attacks and buff magics.
Continue befriending him and you'll unlock a quest to help him meet Beatrice. For further details, look in the [Quests] section.

Availability: Befriend Edward. He will arrive a week after the event 'A Letter from Abroad'.

The son of Edward's old friend, he's a college student currently in process of doing the research for his thesis. It's something about environments, but we are never told the details.
A serious and studious young man, he's also pretty idealistic. He wants to build his country by maximizing its vast potential.
He will frequently post quests in which you can help him with his research. The rewards are, more often than not, rare items needed for some equipments.
