RULES:
-For each division, distribute points in the following fashion: +3, +2, +1, -1, -2, -3. You must fill it out completely for the division for your vote to count, however, you may abstain from either division.
-One set of votes per division per user, not per account. If you are caught voting multiple times with alts, your votes are disqualified and you are banned for the remainer of the contest.
-No changing your votes
-Each match lasts 24 hours, on the dot, even if I don't get to close the topic right away.]
-If you are caught rallying or vote-trading, your votes are disqualified and you are banned for the remainder of the contest.
-I reserve the right to disqualify suspicious votes (ie low karma accounts from 2004)
-The top 7 from each division move to Round 2. The bottom 3 are out.
-Any ties are broken by the number of +3's, then if it's still a tie, by the number of +2s, etc. If a tie cannot be broken in this fashion, Random.org will break it.
