Along the way, some travelers pointed, gaped, and shouted at their amazement at seeing Nor's form, but right now, he had a threat to stop. He could only give them passing glances as he sped off, a group merchant caravans and guards swarming around it at his sight, a group of hunters who dropped their weapons, a person garbed full-body clothing... wait, wha-

Something slammed into him with unbelievable force, and Nor crashed down into the ground. Looking up, Nor saw a sight that left him breathless. It was... a dragon? No, it's not a dragon like his kind. This dragon had wings, and the middle of the body was large. Most importantly, he saw nothing but malice from his eyes. This must be one of the feral dragons from the west he's heard so much about. Then that means he probably destroyed the village as well...

Before Norenxaq could try to contact it, the other dragon spoke first in ancient draconic. Crudely, at that. "Same? I. Eternal Eye. All. Mine. Rule. All. Mine. MINE!", and right after that he breathed fire. Nor returned in kind, wanting to test his powers against this other dragon, but his flames are pushing Nor's back. Abandoning the losing battle, Nor take off to the skies once more, and immediately used his weather powers. The western dragon easily kept up with him, and Nor narrowly dodge it's fireball attacks. Shortly, however, the weather powers began to take into effect, and a storm begins suddenly. Lightning bolts began to strike towards the dragon, and the fierce rain is reducing the powers of his breath and his ability to fly. Just as Nor thought this was going to be easy, he felt magic coming from the other dragon. Not wanting to see what else he could do, Nor immediately dashes towards him to prevent the casting, and they began to wrestle in mid-air. Claws, jaws, and tails were used in this close combat, and both dragons began to show wounds, despite both having thick scales. Still, Nor's early weather alteration proved to be the decisive factor, as lightning bolt after lightning bolt continued to strike at the western dragon, until...

"KILL! YOU! KILL!" With a final cry, Nor bit off the western dragon's neck, and both parts spiraled downwards, heading towards the forest below, when suddenly it's form vanished. Not only that, but Nor could no longer feel the dragon's magical power any longer. Even a dead dragon still retained trace magical powers. Odd. Had this beast been mindless, Nor would have just continued on his way west, but this dragon was sentient, and it chose to impose it's childish whims over humans, so Nor decided to see if the beast was still alive.

Nearing the forest tops, Nor couldn't see any sign of the dragon he just fought. Strange. Are Western dragons shapeshifters too? From what Nor has heard, that's not very likely, all of their magical powers and effects are focused entirely on offensive spells. Nor thanked his ancestors that he was able to prevent the dragon from finishing it's spell, who knows how powerful it could've been. As Nor flew over some trees, he suddenly felt a sharp pain somewhere along his chest, and he began to drop down. After a crashlanding, Nor saw a slash wound along the bottom part of his body. He immediately shifted into human form again, natives here don't revere dragons like in Nor's homeland, and he doesn't blame them, after seeing what one of the dragons could do. Then suddenly, a person decked in full body clothing appeared from the tree tops, and dropped down. The person was the same one he saw earlier.

"KYAHAHAHA!!! Sword, Garm! Kill us! KYAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!" and with that, the person drew out the sword. At least, Nor was sure it was a sword. Strange, but it seems to be hard to see. If what this person is saying is true, then that must be a dragonslayer sword... then is this person a dragon slayer? But it's speech pattern...
