Still don't know what to do with Tenma's city and the chick that's rampaging around.
Morgan is a city dweller so I figured it can be the same city as Tenma/rampage chick. I wrote her intro chapter and referenced that new powerful presences were in the city (Tenma/rampager/whoever else) without Morgan actually encountering them (so it could be the same city or not the same city depending on what people want to do). Will post it later tonight once I put finishing touches on it
