If you really like the maneuvers, though, why not at least a Crusader or Swordsage? At least it's not quite the same class.
Swordsage doesn't get full BAB and Crusader doesn't seem like the right class for my concept. My character doesn't believe in the Platonic ideal of heroism, he just wants to go out there and do some heroic stuff.
