Hmm. I remember a few more people following this thing last year.... Oh well. It's as much for me as it is for you.

4. Vinson – Circular Progression
Label: Black Hole Recordings
Genre: Progressive House

Vinson is relatively unknown in the industry at the moment, and I honestly couldn't name even one other track he's done.. which leads me to believe that “he” could be just an alias used by an already established producer. Either way, this track is top-notch.

I love the feeling of “fantasy” present in this track... As soon as the vocals come in, my mind is filled with imagery of fantasy worlds filled with elves, magic, and all that crazy stuff one would find in an RPG. It's really quite strange.

Although this track isn't the most suited for club play, it's still easily one of my favourites of the year. I feel that I could drop it into any recorded set without it sounding out of place. Interesting enough to catch the listener's attention, yet still far from being truly anthemic. Everything about this track is understated and it all just works.
