It's the beginning of the final boss of SOTN. The bat thing in the middle is Dracula.
This is the problem with that match in general. SOTN is bats*** ugly with sprites and Chrono Trigger is the complete inverse.
Use Alucard's Genya Arikado sprite? Give Dracula his Final Stage: Bloodlines normal vampire sprite? I'm not a pic maker, but I know that that pic isn't even trying. It's easy to get something good out of Castlevania.
