I don't think of Quistis as a mage because I never used her blue mage powers -- just attacking and GF spam. But she is classified as a blue mage, so I wouldn't complain about her inclusion.
Erika is also somewhat borderline. When I nommed her, it was kind of a kneejerk thing because I figured her status as the Witch of Truth would qualify her. She uses her Witch of Truth powers in logic battles that are symbolically represented as magic battles. I'm probably not doing a good job of explaining this. But that's why I felt she was legit enough to nom.
