Last Match: Gildarts doesn't fare any better against Deathwing than he did against his other black dragon, despite the interesting mechanics of Crash Magic. Deathwing > Gildarts by a score of 7-3.

THERE WILL BE FATE AND POKEMON MANGA SPOILERS IN THIS TOPIC

Gilgamesh

From Fate/Zero, Gilgamesh is one of the Servants summoned to fight in the Holy Grail War. Believing himself superior to all, Gilgamesh often fights with the Gate of Babylon, which summons a massive volley of legendary weapons that he uses as if they were common arrows, thus giving credence to his class of "Archer"; he will occasionally pick up some of these weapons and use it himself, but only if he believes his opponent is worthy. The weapons he summons in this method are the original weapons, as he is quite the collector.

Gilgamesh's other attacks include Enkidu, an attack created specifically to immobilize and defeat divinity, and Ea, which uses the sword Enuma Elish in a very, very destructive attack; the sword is described as “the sword that cut the world apart.”

VS.

Red

From Pokemon Adventures, Red is a Pokemon trainer. Known as 'the Fighter,' Red's specialty is battling; he almost never loses a match. Though Red is somewhat sentimental and prefers an honorable fight, he isn’t adverse to using tactics such as using multiple Pokemon at once, attacking the trainer, and getting involved in the battles personally when the stakes are high.

Red currently has in his command Poliwrath, Pikachu, Venusaur, Snorlax, Aerodactyl, and Gyarados, all of which are Level 80+. Poliwrath excels at physical attacks and Ice Beam; Pikachu is a diverse fighter with standard electric moves as well as Substitute (which creates a copy that fades after a few seconds) and Toxic (a poison move); Venusaur is one of Red's most powerful Pokemon, having bested a Charizard in combat and learned SolarBeam, a grass-type beam attack; Snorlax is one of the most physically powerful members of Red's team, with a diverse array of moves; Aerodactyl is strong enough to carry the entire weight of Red's team while flying and can use Rock Head, which prevents recoil damage; and Gyarados knows a variety of water moves.

The fight takes place in a one hundred mile grassy meadow with the occasional boulder scattered throughout.

Please remember that the write-ups are merely summations of a character. They will not usually tell the complete and detailed story of a fighter. Keep an open mind if someone brings evidence to the table for or against someone, as the stated goal is to determine who wins in a fight and not who is your personal favorite. Thanks and have fun.
