Boko its a simple matter of priority.
The Dancer wouldn't even be roleblocked in that case. The roleblock would happen clearly after the dance occurred and not be able to prevent it.
(Aka the Dancer would not even be informed they were roleblocked since their actual action was not blocked.)
Dancer priority is as follows:
*Every* action in the game
Dancer
Whoever acts in response to the Dancer, while still affected by earlier actions like a bus or roleblock.
The Dancer is only blocked if blocked before it actually dances, and that prevents the catastrophe,
