I think the most elegant solution to remaining true to the spirit of TOWN Dancer (ie: letting a role act twice in one night on the night it was targeted) is modifying the role into something more powerful, which I hinted at earlier.
TOWN Dancer: During the day, target any player in the game. That night, the player may perform their night action twice if able.
- You'd send the "You were danced" during "lynch resolution" like you would when a lynch happens, or a Mayor has a chance to act (meaning you'd give the TOWN Dancer some time to finalize their action post-lynch but prior to revealing anything about the lynch).
- The Dancer would be un-roleblockable and highly confirmable, which is very strong.
- It eliminates the hosting nightmare of having to find players during the night, telling them they get to perform another action, and resolving that action after every other action in the game has occurred.
