And I'm not debating the current consensus (that PKMN Trainer Red/Blue is favoured on that match), just that it's not as much of a foregone conclusion as you're making it out to be.
Your opinion of Ryu/Ken is pretty different from the common opinion. I think most people think Ryu/Ken would beat Samus/Ridley.
