HM04 is Strength.
HM02 is Fly.
HM01 is Cut.
I believe those are the only ones now that have always been the same. HM05 changed to something else (I actually can't remember) and Flash became a TM.
Defog (in Gen 4).
Then HM07 has been Waterfall every generation except two. In the first, we only had 5 HMs and Waterfall was just a normal move only learned by a few Pokémon like Seaking. In gen 5, it became HM05.
