Castle of Cagliostro is the best. I also rank Princess Mononoke, My Neighbor Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, Nausicca, Castle in the Sky, and Porco Rosso above Spirited Away.
Also worth noting Miyazaki's work on the first Lupin III series.
