and you can't emu anything that you can't with something else most likely.
My hope is that we can get some decent DS/3DS emulation with the touch screen.
Also PSP kinda struggles with N64 and even SNES emulation. With the extra power of the Vita, theoretically you can implement more accurate emulation to improve compatibility and performance.
