I'll also add a recommendation for Shinryaku! Ika Musume which is a pretty hilarious comedy from last year (or maybe early this year). I believe it's getting a dub soon but I'm not sure of that status/quality on that. The sequel has been pretty underwhelming but the original is still one of the funniest series that I've seen. It's about a squid girl who gets fed up with humans carelessly polluting the oceans and comes to the surface world to conquer all of humanity. . . to little success.
s2 has been at least as good as season 1 man
