No, I'm pretty sure its just aimed at kids. Its like how people these days still like the old cartoons from the 90s even though they were aimed at kids, but they now hate all the cartoons that come out now even though they are aimed at the same demographic. Nostalgia goggles blind people.
I'm sure there are some good new cartoons out there, I just never watch them. It's not because I've never watched them that I hate them. However, of those that I saw, either when I was younger or older, I CAN form an opinion on.
