Well, I think we see this differently. Personally, I see it as a strength that TNA is able to shoot guys up and down the card so far and so easily. It gives them more flexibility and something of an "embarrassment of riches" in terms of ME talent. Even the guys who never quite made it to main event could credibly be there quickly. I think TNA fans are more likely to take Matt Morgan seriously as a main eventer than say, WWE fans would be to take Wade Barrett as one, for example.
They've spread their title around more than WWE has as well, so they have more guys who are legit by virtue of being "former champions." Hell, about half of their roster has main evented in the past three years or so...
