Del Rio's legit stayed in the ME and proved his worth in it. the man accomplished everything you could ask for as a credible ME guy. royal rumble, first match pinned a former champ, actually won it back on a PPV, successful defense on a PPV - he did everything you could ask for and legit belongs in the ME scene and has been there since basically debut. he turned that into a very credible status.
Dolph is currently rising back to it. as Raw showed AGAIN, he's just a step behind Punk/Cena/Orton. Swagger's really the one who's fallen a ton. Miz has... stayed mostly on level. but as they're showing, on any given day if they want to push Miz into it they can do it.
