How good are the DKC games?
They're pretty amazing.
I wouldn't really recommend their snow levels though... But otherwise I pretty much agree with everything in this topic. I don't want to reiterate, so here's a couple others:
Storm Peaks has already been mentioned, but really, all of Northrend counts. Even the parts like Scholazar with barely any snow to speak of. The best are definitely Storm Peaks and Icecrown though. The word "epic" gets thrown around a lot, but it definitely fits those two.
My personal favourite in gaming though, is World 5 from Yoshi's Island, or to be specific, 5-3. Dat skiing level. Definitely one of my most replayed levels out there.
