You mean so ignorant and lazy that they can't be bothered to actually search their memory for a real answer, even if the answer is "I don't remember?"
"I don't remember" is a much easier response than having to actually explain to someone that the internet has these magical things called search engines that can be used to find information, as if this were something new. this is an extremely uninteresting subject so I can't blame people for not wanting to socialize about it, there are much better uses of ones time and much better things to discuss with people
