1) Ghost Recon. it can frequently be found for $15, and is a pretty great game. it's an easy game to pick first because it's long and cheap.
2) Devil Survivor when you can get it for $30. amazon's reprinting regularly.
3) Cave Story 3DS. a pretty great remake.
4) Ace Combat. currently a contender for the best game on the system.
if you like the Dead or Alive series, it also has the best DOA game in the series.
those are the ones that immediately come to mind.
