I would say that most 18 year olds are no better at making decisions than 14 year olds
But that doesn't mean 14 year olds should be legal to bang
Actually I think it would be nice if you had to take some sort of comprehensive test that decides whether you are qualified to make your own decisions, and until you pass it, no matter the age, you are legally classified as a pet similar to a dog or cat
