What is up with all this mention of horse murder?
Real reason: Warren grew up with only his sister and their horses around. His horse (Hidalgo) was his best friend. Also he really likes horses. In order to enter the medium he had to kill something he loved. That something was Hidalgo.
Let's just say it was not a happy moment in Warren's life.
