Maaaan right now you're thinking oh yeah I'm not tired it's no problem to stay up and then go to work.
But around 7 you're gonna be like f*** I'm tired as hell I wish I would have gone to sleep for a little while at least.
Lay on the couch. It's easier. You won't have the comfort of your bed, so it won't be as difficult to get up. It'll be more like a nap instead.
