Right after she finishes the song, you can see her thank the crowd, tap her private area, and quickly head off the stage.
I've gotten spray tans before and I've never had them ever drip off in any way - though it's possible the sooner the tan is applied and if any moisture shows up. Maybe she just had one earlier in the day.
