Wakka wakka wakka wakka *chomp* wa wa wa wa wa wa wa *plink*
Erm, anyway Wakka starts off as a laid-back mentor type. He has some love or hate catchphrases, ya, and is revealed to be a little religious, but nothing too grating. Then about a third of the way through the game, some of his more latent mannerisms and beliefs start to surface... There's no denying Wakka is an annoying bigoted douche at that point, but he undergoes some of the most impressive development I've ever seen in a videogame which ends in him mellowing out, learning tolerance, and believing in himself rather than his false god.
