I haven't really watched an anime in a while, besides Persona 4 The Animation which I've been following. I had watched the first 5 or 6 episodes perhaps of the original FMA back in maybe 2007. I started watching Brotherhood yesterday, and just finished episode 4. I'm quite impressed!
The characters so far are pretty likeable, and after a semi confusing first episode (I couldn't remember all of the details of the back story), episode 2 did a good job filling me in. The voice acting so far is good too, I'm watching the dub.
Episode 4 was pretty dark. Guy with the X on his face seems like a cool villain (Well, perhaps he's a villain, I can't be sure yet). I was more sad to see Alexander the dog die than the father or his daughter.
Anyways looking forward to watching this more over the next few weeks!
