If you really hate working with other people that much, you should think ahead of what you want to do for a living and go for a major that goes along with a job with little interaction with people

Other people shouldn't influence your grade in a course that you are paying money for. That simple. Group work doesnt even "build teamwork skills" like so many teachers say it does. You build teamwork skills by hanging out with friends, playing sports, study groups on individual assignments, etc. Pretty much anything but group projects.
