They're never going to buff his satchel. And I'm not just saying that. Riot doesn't compensate when they nerf new champions. Look at Orianna. And making the satchel as reliable as, say, flash, is ridiculous. We don't need another champion with a summoner spell as a basic ability.
It's not the cooldown necessarily that needs a buff, it's how you use it. There's far too much delay on throwing it down and activating it for it to be a decent escape, at least in the thick of the battle and against competent opponents. In most cases it's completely useless and I'd like that changed if they nerf his Q/Ulti (since those seem to be the common complaints)
