His ugliness is just his most offensive quality. I dislike blandness and characters that are not original or have any redeemable qualities. Cid is just some guy. I don't like Yang either and he's not ugly. Then again, I am voting in a contest won by Marche and one that allowed a non-FF silly representative to make the field because "lol dats fun".
