God damnit user stop making my opinions look so awful.
Admissions/job offers/etc are fundamentally a decision about an individual; statistical information like how likely a given group is to be disadvantaged should play no role; if you're looking at the obstacles a particular individual had to overcome, I have less of a problem with that, but that involves more than checking a race box.
And in what way am I making your opinions look awful other than a few trolls in here saying "User728 topic"?
