I've been told that Chinese culture does this, sort of. Like when you're born, instead of being 0, you're 1. I don't know how widespread this is anymore, and I'm sure it's not legally official in any way just like how you're still a minor even after your Bar Mitzvah, but this is what I've heard.
Well everything is based on your date of birth anyway, not your "date of life beginning." This picture is just a stupid premise with an unbelievably stupid execution.
