Oh no, Churches will be forced to follow the national laws of equal rights and won't be allowed to discriminate - just like every other business or government related service in the country.
Except churches are allowed to discriminate here for any reason.
If a muslim couple walks up to a baptist church, the baptist church doesn't have to marry them. And their reason can be "they're muslim, **** that".
No. If a Muslim couple went up to the church and asked them to perform a Muslim ceremony(which they wouldn't normally be offering) they could refuse. If they asked for a Christian ceremony, they could not. This would be the same for Gay couples. The same way it is across the entire country.
But then again, it wouldn't even be a big issue - there are MANY churches around that would be willing to do gay marriage.
