As for gore, unless you're talking about a super detailed and realistic art style (which you rarely see in anime and even more rarely in mature type stuff because it's too expensive to animate and that niche is too small to be profitable)
Blood-C Uncensored BDs seems to be right up your alley, be sure to get it once it's all out, you might actually enjoy it...once it hits episode 8 that is.
