SMACKDOWN
Wk. 3 Nov. '11

Pre-show: Gail d. SDR, Tamina, Rosa (56); Barrett/Mordecai d. Usos (62)

-DONCHA KNOW IT'S DA MACK MILITANT! Teddy Long is coming out to get it ooooooon. He informs us that he's temporarily back in charge of SD with Laurinitis shipped off to Raw! He's extraordinarily happy about this. He announces that both Ryder and Henry will be in action tonight to build up for their title match. Awesome Truth comes out to complain that Truth lost his #1 Contendership in a tag match, and they demand that Long fix it. Long has no intention of caving to the demands of a bunch of thugs, and without Laurinitis to look after them, they've gotta start earnin' their keep around here! Miz moves to complain further, but Teddy informs him that if he has a problem....he can go ONE ON ONE WITH THE UNDATAKAH! HOLLA HOLLA
Rating: 86

-Match: Sheamus v. Carlito
Carlito holds his own, but is no match for the CELTIC WARRIOR.
Rating: 68

-Sheamus is in the ring celebrating his win when the screen cuts to a live shot of the backstage! Show is hurt, and Christian and Brodus are there beating him down! Sheamus can only watch as his friend is decimated by the double team!
Rating: 86

-Match: Zeke and AJ v. Henry and Natalya
Zeke seems to be making a habit of random-ass mixed tag matches. This one goes significantly worse for him than the one last week. Hall of Pain and whatnot.
Rating: 64

-Match: Orton v. Dibiase
Barrett's out to commentate an otherwise mundane squash. The match and aftermath proceed without shenanigans, although there's a lot of staring down between Orton and Barrett.
Rating: 72

-Chavo is out to the ring with a mic to address last week's attack on Daniel Bryan. He has no issue with Daniel Bryan; in fact he respects the hell outta him. He doesn't care if Bryan is a nerd, or if he eats meat, or wrestled in the minor leagues before coming here, and he doesn't want his MitB contract either. Chavo just had to do it. He gets no respect and no opportunities around here. He has to take them. If that means he has to take out one of the best wrestlers on the planet, so be it. He has Bryan's attention now, he has the fans' attention, and he has management's attention. Chavo is going to fight Bryan, and he's going to win and show the world. Bryan comes out to say that all Chavo needed to do for a match is just ask! It may not be personal to Chavo, but sneak attacks mean it's personal to Bryan. He accepts the challenge.
Rating: 76

-Match: Yoshi and Sin Cara v. Cody and Sin Cara II
All four men get in some offense, but Yoshi wins the day here.
Rating: 58

-Match: Ryder v. Husky
The announcers question whether Ryder can handle somebody so much bigger than him, whether it be Husky or Henry. Nevertheless, Ryder seems to have a few tricks up his sleeve, and comes out on top after a hard-fought match.
Rating: 71

-Henry comes out to congratulate Ryder on becoming #1 Contender and the next Hall of Pain member! He could've beaten Truth, but considers Ryder as a lucky break! Ryder says he's not scared of Henry, he just has to figure out how he's going to carry the world and internet titles together! WWWYKI.
Rating: 77

-Match: Kidd v. Haas
Haas prevails after a back and forth bout.
Rating: 63

-Backstage, we see Brodus Clay in the locker room...but Sheamus Brogue Kicks him out of nowhere! Sheamus tosses him around the locker room for a while before security arrives. It seems he's had enough and EMBRACED THE HATE!
Rating: 77
