(1)Remus John Lupin
Luna is very entertaining. And she's very loyal to Harry. She's also the only non-Gryffindor to participate in the battle of the ministry. But I kind of feel like we should've seen Ernie MacMillian there too. Still, she participated, and that makes her pretty awesome.
But Lupin... I think I like him more the more I think about it. I mean, he's the biggest influence for Harry. He's the non-Bully Marauder. He's cursed with being a werewolf. And he too participates in the battle of the ministry -- and he's there for Harry when Sirius dies. He's the last of the Marauders to die. His scene with Harry and the resurrection stone is great.
Lupin is also civil with Snape. And he seems to trust him because Dumbledore says so. And his reaction when Snape 'betrays' them... it's probably the best reaction.
"And Dumbledore believed that" said Lupin incredulously. "Dumbledore believed Snape was sorry James was dead? Snape hated James..."
I almost wish they had let Lupin join Harry on his journey, because that'd have been cool.
Still kind of mad that it's not Albus Remus Potter.
