If I were rating on looks alone Luxray would easily be a 10 out of 10 pokémon. Unfortunately its learnset blows monkey chunks. Was never too big on Shinx or Luxio, but they're all at least okay. Also Shinx should not have Intimidate. There is nothing intimidating about it.
