A lot of those arguments are really picky. Or at least severely overreacting to minor inconveniences.
For example, having to scroll through all the options when selecting a hairstyle- who doesn't at least look at all of them anyway? Is forcing you to see what all the options actually look like really so much worse than giving you a list of vague descriptions that you can't actually see until you highlight each one?
